DR. ASHLEY MOFIELD
William “Ashley” Mofield is in his 20th year at White House First Baptist Church in White House, TN, where he serves as Senior Pastor. Writing and delivering a portfolio of sermons from nearly two decades has honed his skills in synthesizing complex biblical themes and concepts for individuals across various levels of theological understanding. In addition to ongoing community outreach, Dr. Ashley leads WHFBC in numerous disciple-making and missions endeavors. These include leadership development and the overseeing of a school in Haiti, as well as serving and speaking as a Pro-Life Advocate through the national organization Speak for the Unborn.
Dr. Ashley is an accomplished musician and successful music teacher. He holds a BS in Music from Austin Peay State University; an MDiv in Christian Education and Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary; and a DMin in Biblical Spirituality also from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Ashley has a passion for disciple-making, the topic of his dissertation/project. Additionally, he has written numerous published devotionals for The Robertson County Times.
Dr. Ashley is married to Dr. Emily Mofield, an Assistant Professor of Education at Lipscomb University in Nashville. They have one daughter, Ellie, and love serving the Lord together in their church and local community.
